I’d like to work with you to explore what has shaped you, what moves you, and what might be holding you back right now. It’s important to me to meet you on equal footing and create a space where your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations are heard and taken seriously.
My approach is person-centered and body-oriented. This means that we don’t just talk about what’s on your mind, but also pay close attention to how experiences manifest in your body and what they tell us about your needs.
Depending on the issue at hand, I also incorporate elements from cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, and emotion-focused therapy—always in a way that is helpful for you and your situation.
I want to offer you a safe space where you can better understand yourself, develop new perspectives, and continue on your own path, step by step.

The costs are covered by all Swiss health insurance companies. Please bring a doctor's referral for psychotherapy with you. Your family doctor can issue this for you.
✓ Supplementary insurance
Your supplementary insurance will cover part of the costs. The scope and extent of the coverage always depends on your individual insurance policy. Please check with your supplementary insurance provider to find out how much they will cover. The session will be billed by the minute. Our hourly rate is CHF 200.
