For me, therapy means looking together at your history, your relationships, and your inner patterns. I work systemically, cognitively-analytically, and behaviorally. This means that we don't just look at individual current issues and challenges, but also at the connections behind them. This often leads to new insights into why certain situations or feelings keep repeating themselves. I want to offer you a safe space where you can take an honest look at what was, what is, and what can change.
