You’ll become (more) aware of your conditioning and experiences, and we’ll discuss the factors that are currently keeping your anxiety and panic alive. You’ll have a few practical exercises ahead of you, in which you’ll confront your fears step by step. In the first video, we’ll focus on the beliefs that currently still accompany you and potentially stand in your way on the path to a life free from the limitations of your fear.

In this video, you’ll have the opportunity to begin reflecting on and “adjusting” your self-image. This is because our self-image often stems from what we hear about ourselves from others and from the reactions we receive to our behavior. However, our self-image determines the direction of our lives. In other words, what you think about yourself is what you’ll experience in the outside world.
So let’s take a look at what you actually think about yourself throughout the day and whether that’s really who you are—or who you want to be.
Ultimately, you can transform your self-image and your beliefs—into powerful and “goal-oriented” beliefs and benevolent and “harmonious” self-affirmations.
