In this first module, you’ll get an overview of anxiety and panic from a scientific perspective. You’ll learn why fear is hardwired into all of us from an evolutionary standpoint and why it’s vital—even a matter of survival—that we feel fear.

In this module, explore fears through the lens of beliefs. We’ll examine conditioning, experiences, and the factors that perpetuate these fears. In a practical exercise, you’ll confront your fear.

In this module, you’ll confront your fear and its source. This is where the transformation takes place! You’ve taken a close look at yourself, you understand your conditioning, and you’re ready to embark on a new path. Now you can look your fear in the eye, understand it, and transform it.

In this chapter, you’ll confront your fear in a different setting and, by the end, make friends with it. This unique exercise can be repeated as needed. However, the effects are felt immediately upon first listening.
