Now let’s try another approach to examine and transform your fear. The “Emotional Freedom Technique,” or EFT for short. This technique originated in traditional Chinese medicine and involves tapping on specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and release blockages. It is widely used in psychotherapy and has been proven to have a truly significant impact on transforming your fear on a holistic level.
